…and it’s not just the lighting! Warriors are working to get their heart rates elevated to the orange zone with help from Coach K at Orangetheory Fitness Oak Park! 

Intervals on the treadmill with BIG inclines and LOTS of hill climbs, jumping jacks, push ups, steps ups, squats, and rowing – we are leaving our weekly Thursday class sweaty and ready to take on our next workout!
