OK’s RETURN POLICY

Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are available, but at expense and discretion of Opportunity Knocks. If a return or size exchange is approved, a new order at OK’s expense will be created. The original purchase item(s) should be returned to Opportunity Knocks at the expense of the customer. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
