The Life Shop is excited to be back at River Forest’s very own In & Out Fitness! Thursday afternoons Warriors meet their friends from Oak Park River Forest high school CITE classroom at In & Out Fitness. There they participate in a variety of fun fitness circuits facilitated by trainers Lisa Neuman & Monnette! Warriors work hard and receive points for their extra hard work in fitness exercises! A few weeks ago they showed off their fitness skills by volunteering to participate in a personal push-up or sit-up challenge.
