The Warrior Kitchen Crew is back with a new installment from the Knockout Kitchen. Come see what we’re cooking up at our pal’s place, Bobby’s Eastside. We’ll be taking up residence on the Eastside for the Fridays in June. Come see us for our tasty bites, stay for a drink and hang with friends or catch a show next door at Robert’s Westside.

Vienna all beef hot dog nestled in a lightly toasted bun topped with a velvety layer of house-made beef chili slow-cooked to perfection with a secret blend of aromatic spices. It is further adorned with a drizzle of tangy mustard and a sprinkle of sweet onions. There will also be a plain Knockout Red Hot available for the less daring connoisseur

When we say a portion of our ingredients are locally sourced, we mean it! The Knockout Farm is a fully functional urban farm entrenched in our enterprise efforts, producing fresh, organic, Warrior-grown crops that make their way through our catering kitchen and onto your plate. The farm also serves as a key learning space in our programs and a primary source for the key ingredients in our Knockout Pickles recipes and Knockout Kitchen menus.
