Fresh chopped brisket from Slagel Farms in Fairbury, IL. Brisket is seasoned simply with salt and pepper to let the beef and smoke flavors shine. Low smoked for 12-16 hours over a combination of oak and pecan and tossed with our cold brew coffee bbq sauce. Instructions for reheating will be included. Great on
