We know that these days things are busy and timing is often subject to change. With that in mind, we are offering a deconstructed sandwich kit that has all the fixings of the deli-cious sandwiches you have come to expect from us. The caveat is that you can get to the goodness when your time allows. Maybe it’s today for lunch. Maybe tomorrow for dinner. You make the call when you eat it, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to dig in when you do!
We will also be offering add-ons from the Knockout deli. Load up on meat, pickles, bread, and more! We will offer convenient pick-up and delivery options.
Meat by the 1/2 lb – Knockout Turkey $6 per ½ lb, Knockout Pastrami $9.50 per ½ lb, & Knockout Bacon $8.50 per ½ lb
Lean smoked turkey breast with mayo and American cheese on white bread featuring: 1 lbs. Of Knockout Smoked Turkey, 1 loaf of white bread from Lyman Ave. Bread Co, 1 32-oz jar of Knockout Pickles (choose any variety), Mayonnaise, American Cheese, Lettuce, and Tomato – $30
A delicious and classic combination of rye bread, pastrami, Russian dressing, and sauerkraut featuring: 1 lbs. Of Knockout Smoked Pastrami, 1 loaf of seeded Rye bread from Lyman Ave. Bread Co, 1 32-oz jar of Knockout Pickles (choose any variety), Sauerkraut, Russian Dressing, and Swiss Cheese – $35
Fresh pork belly from Slagel Farms in Fairbury, IL. Cured in a combination of salt, curing salt, brown sugar, and spices for 10 days and then smoked over a combination of oak, pecan, and maple – Half lb: $8.50 & 1 lb: $16
Fresh beef brisket and beef round from Slagel Farms is Fairbury, IL. Cured in a combination of salt, curing salt, brown sugar and spices for 7 days. Crusted with coriander, black peppercorns, and other spices and smoked over a combination of oak and pecan– Half lb: $9.50 & 1 lb: $19
Fresh brisket from Slagel Farms in Fairburt, IL. Brisket is seasoned simply with salt and pepper to let the beef and smoke flavors shine. Low smoked for 12-16 hours over a combination of oak and pecan. Should provide 10-15 hearty servings – $130
Fresh, whole turkey breast from Kauffman Farms in Waterman, IL. Cured for 7 days in a combination of salt, curing salt, brown sugar and spices. Smoked over a combination of oak, pecan, and maple – Half lb: $6 & 1lb: $12
The delivery team will execute a no-contact, socially distanced delivery
We use only single-use, disposable cutlery and food packaging
We are following the IDPH guidelines for pre-shift wellness checks, including temp and symptom checks
We have a rigorous protocol for hand-washing and use of gloves during food prep, handling
We have instituted strict social distancing measure, following IDPH & CDC guidance
We have enhanced our already strict protocol to align with COVID-19 IDPH & CDC guidance
Delivery (for an extra $5 fee) will be available Saturday, December 19th from 11-1 pm or curbside pickup available.
Limited quantities are available so please place your order ASAP.
All orders must be received by 12/17 at 5 pm.
Pickup at: River Forest Community Center – 8020 Madison St., River Forest, IL 60305
Pickup Instructions: Please pull up to the Madison St. entrance on the west end of the building. Once parked, call Joe’s cell and let him know you are here. You can then expect that the order will be brought out to you and placed inside the vehicle with a contact-free exchange.
