Much like our Greatest Hits, we are proud to present Opportunity Knock’s Family Pack Meals! Feed a family of four with these delicious family packs made in collaboration with Knockout Catering, Hart2Heart Sweets, and Exit Strategy Brewing Company. In addition with our friends at the Urban Pioneer Group, we are grateful to be able to keep our Warriors working, albeit in a limited way, during this next phase of Covid-19 . We are operating with enhanced sanitation practices to supplement our already rigorous food handling protocols. We are also operating with a firm commitment to the CDC recommendations regarding social distancing. All proceeds from these meals will go to support the mission of Opportunity Knocks, which is under extreme challenges during the pandemic.

Pecan Smoked Brisket
2 lbs of slow smoked brisket will come with an 8 oz. bottle of cold brew bbq sauce, a pint of creamy coleslaw, 4 Turano brioche buns, and a jar of Classic Knockout Pickles. –Â $80
Sides– 32 oz container of caprese pasta salad, half pan of seasonal salad straight from Knockout Farms, 8 oz container of housemade orange honey cilantro dressing
Dessert– Hart2Heart Sweets is back again with 4 portions of their famous banana pudding
Beverage– Exit Strategy will be providing a six pack of one of their beers chosen to perfectly compliment the menu.

Beyond Meats Hot Italian Sausage
4 cold smoked and grilled plant based sausage will come with an 8 oz. bottle of cold brew bbq sauce, a pint of creamy coleslaw, 4 Turano hot dog buns, and a jar of Classic Knockout Pickles. – $70

Maple Smoked Pork Shoulder

Reheat Instructions
Brisket and pulled pork– Place in a 300 degree oven, covered and stirring often, for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Beyond Meat Hot Italian Sausage– Place ¼ cup of water in the pan. Cover and place in 300 degree oven for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.

DINNER IS ON US
Connecting the Warriors to our community through service has long been a core piece of the OK mission. That’s an intention that hasn’t stopped during these times. It is our plan to dedicate a portion of meals to a partner through every Family Pack. This week we are connecting with our friends at Housing Forward. We will be giving donations of individualized meals to the clients of Housing Forward, donations will be $20 for individual meals or $70 for a donation of four meals.Â
MISSION DRIVEN. ENDING HOMELESSNESS IS OUR WORK. Our mission is to transition people from housing crisis to housing stability. We offer a full range of programs and services that are 1) participant-centered, 2) integrated, 3) modeled using best practices and 4) designed to reduce the length of time and impact of trauma associated with homelessness and housing instability. Housing Forward impacts the lives of over 2000 adults and families with minor children each year.

Donated Meals to Beneficiaries: $20 per individual meal | $70 for a family of four-pack
Delivery (for an extra $5 fee) will be available Thursday July 2nd from 4-6 pm or curbside pickup available.

We use only single-use, disposable cutlery and food packaging
