2011 Fall Session

Mondays at OK will be full of fun with flag football, tennis and workouts at the YMCA. On Wednesdays, our community service project will focus on planning our 2nd annual Halloween party for the children of an organization that is TBD. On Fridays, our hobbies will be marital arts, painting and bowling....


2011 Session 2

Mondays will again feature media mania as the Warriors continue to become acquainted with multiple mediums. Karaoke will also be added on Mondays. Wednesdays will see the Community Service theme continue as we help our Warriors research and choose local charities to volunteer with. Hobby Fridays will include your choice of archery, woodworking and arts & crafts....


2011 Session 3

Mondays in recreation and fitness will feature golf and yoga! Wednesdays will couple various cardiovascular exercises with development of our charity tree project and the next series of community service projects. Hobby Fridays will feature the return of gardening, photography and arts & crafts. ...


2010 Session 8

On Mondays in recreation and fitness, we'll be 'Sweatin' to the Oldies' in aerobics, exploring a variety of board games and having fun in our new Rec and Indoor Sporting Arena with several Nerf sports games. Wednesdays in self-advocacy will offer our second community service project as we charge the Warriors with organizing clothing and food drives. We'll also participate as a group in the 'Adopt a Family' holiday program. In addition, Wednesdays will offer Yoga. On Fridays, cooking is back! Holiday themed fare is on the menu. Additional Friday hobbies, we'll explore holiday- themed arts and crafts and we'll introduce the OK Holiday Card Factory....
