As an organization that continues to grow, positions are opening and evolving 

Programs

Our dynamic, person-centered and community-based programming is led by an awesome team. Together, they facilitate programs, initiatives and activities that  engage the voice of all Warriors, thrive on interdependent connections, encourage exploration, center on holistic wellness and foster healthy relationships. 

ENTERPRISE

Knockout Enterprise thrives in a blended work environment where people of all abilities work together with a collective objective of operating a dynamic and innovative food business that connects a farm, a kitchen and a mission to create fulfilling jobs, high-quality food, and deep community connections.

ADMIN

Our administration team manages back office functions that support our organization’s core programs and initiatives. From development, finance, marketing, accounting, HR and every other admin function in between, we work in a lean profile to enhance OK business ops and build a strong work environment for OK.

Opportunity Knocks exists to support people with different abilities as they live, work, learn, grow and connect within their community. Our people are our highest priority. We recognize that we are in the mission of human services and that the humans that work in our organization are our most important resource.

We currently commit nearly 75% of our budget to employee expenses and we strive to continue to grow our compensation and appreciation initiatives to show our people how much we value their role and contribution to the Mission. Without our people, our organization makes no difference. Below are a few callouts about what makes our people and our organizational culture so special.
